  Yes! We work with insurance companies and may even help lower or eliminate your deductible. Not sure if your repair is covered? We can contact your insurance and negotiate the best deal for you!

• What services do you offer?
  We provide diagnostics, general auto repairs, oil changes, brake services, engine diagnostics, tire rotations, and much more. Please check our services section for a more comprehensive list.

• Do I need an appointment? Do you accept walk-ins?
  Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins based on availability.

• Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
  Yes, you can drop off your vehicle or have a tow truck deliver it after hours. However, please speak with us first before doing so. When dropping off, place your key in the key slot located in our front door. Be sure to include a note with your name and vehicle details to help us identify it when we arrive. Do NOT block our doors or lot entrance.

• Can you fix my vehicle at my home?
  If you need repairs done on the side of the road, your office parking lot, or even right in your driveway, please call our partner company, Mo’s Auto Service for speedy mobile repair at your location: www.mosautoshop.com

• How long do most repairs take?
  It depends on the service, but we strive for fast turnaround times. Many minor repairs are completed the same day.

• Do you offer guarantees on repairs?
  Yes, we stand behind our work and guarantee the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with any of our work, reach out to us and we will do our best to satisfy you. Ask us about our guarantees for specific services.

• Do you offer warranties on parts?
  We use high-quality, name-brand parts that come with manufacturer warranties. If you choose to bring in your own parts, or request us to use remanufactured or used parts, they may not be covered under warranty.

• Can I get a price estimate before the work is done?
  Absolutely! We provide upfront estimates so you know what to expect before any work begins. We do charge for any diagnostics that you request. We will discuss these charges with you before starting any work.

• Do you work on all vehicle makes and models?
  Yes, we service most makes and models, both foreign and domestic. We work on cars, trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, BMWs, Volkswagens, and even motorcycles. Have something different? Give us a call, we may even be able to service your 4-wheeler, snowmobiles, etc.

• What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most major payment methods.

• Do you offer financing or payment plans?
  We may have financing options available for larger repairs. Contact us to learn more.

• Can I wait at the shop while my car is being serviced?
  Yes! We have a waiting area for customers who prefer to stay while their vehicle is being worked on. Some jobs, especially when parts need to be ordered, may take longer than a day.
